Travelling can take a lot out of you and leave almost no energy for you to exercise in order to keep yourself fit. After all you are not getting any younger. Here are a few tips to keep you healthy.

1. Take your own food along where ever you go. This will help you stay away from fast foods which can lead to many types of various diseases.

2. An airport is probably the unhealthiest place on earth owing to the various type so fast foods and other unhealthy forms of food available. It can be very tempting so don’t leave home on an empty stomach. 3. Power walking is a great way to keep fit. Arrive at the airport early and start walking, airports are a huge and at some airports walking from one terminal to the other is a good miles walk.
